1. Shang Palace

The ultimate fine dining establishment at Shangri-La Eros is Shang Palace, the hotel’s original and trademark Chinese restaurant that specialises in “Peking” duck and Cantonese cuisine. Shang Palace offers a distinctive dining experience because it is the only restaurant in Delhi that genuinely specialises in roast duck and roast fowl prepared in the traditional Chinese style.

The specialised Chinese restaurant has been designed in a modern space while preserving the cultural dining experience in keeping with the Shangri-La brand’s reputation abroad and guest expectations.

2. San Wu Tang

Li Long, which is nestled on the scenic Ithaafushi Island’s turquoise seas, was inspired by the mansions of Shanghai’s nobility along the seclusion of the laneway. Li Long is the island’s iconic Chinese restaurant and is intimate, lovely, and authentic. It has an excellent open kitchen as well as a foyer, dining room, private room, and balcony.
