THANK YOU FOR YOUR REQUEST
We will be in touch soon.
Rubelli was founded in 1858, in the historical city of Venice, and since then the company creates, produces and sells furnishing products, in particular fabrics, for both residential and contract use.
The company also monitors all phases of the production process due to its style department, in which designers with technical, artistic and traditional skills work and also because they have their own mill, producing over half a million meters of fabric per year.
Rubelli owns a comprehensive historical archive holding over 7000 textile documents, a precious source of inspiration for their new collections and for special projects. The company has a presence in Venice, Milan, Rome, Paris, London, Moscow and Dubai, and in twelve US cities; with its own showroom and a distribution network in over eighty countries.
The 2020 textile collection has an EDEN linen jacquard presents the tree of life – a textile decoration classic and with a recurring symbol in many religions, the AQUARIUS faux uni and production of experiments on the loom, reproducing the pattern of a new marble paper.
The VILLA PISANI lampas takes its inspiration from painted rococo wood panelling, while the romantic MY FAIR LADY is floral silk jacquard, with a surprising colour sense in its bright and unusual fluorescent touches of turquoise and shocking pink.
We can see an oriental touch with the YOKO jacquard which echoes the pattern of a Buddhist monks’ stole, made with patchwork technique, while the MICHELLE lampas has a miniaturised pattern in which the original classical-style motif almost faces away.
The DIVA SHANTUNG has as many as 30 colour variants, in pure dupion silk and featuring small uneven parts that are typical of this luxury yarn. BARRY LYNDON has a decoration inspired by a classic ’embroidered’ pattern, contrasting with the new geometries of the weaves of LABIRINTO, a soft chenille with a pleasant velvet-like touch.
INTRECCIO and TERRY are the results of experiments – an innovative process producing an original 3D structure with a special ‘vibration’ emphasised by the use of several colours.
The VELVETY is a totally new product, a velvet imitation chenille with a threadbare appearance thanks to a play on yarns, CROCHET offers a type of weave more similar to crochet than weaving. A textural, compact and close-knit weave.
The product for curtains with a perfect drop is LIVERPOOL, elegant, moderately shiny, reversible (double-sided) and versatile. Also lightly chintzed which highlights the very rich colour shades.
All fabrics are flame retardant and suitable for upholstery and also decoration, they can be used indoors and outdoors. Highly resistant and soft to the touch, they feature complex and also original weaves and 3D effects accentuated by special use of colour.
Rubelli’s new collection has an opulent range of textiles, made entirely in natural fibres – above all silk (the nobles of materials) – which the company managed to transform into jacquards, lampas, and plain colour fabrics of every type and colour.
