Berlin’s team is composed of 6 members, Axel Schäfer, the CEO, founder and creative head. Ingo Hölters, COO, managing director, interior designer and responsible for the operational business. Dirk Hermann, interior designer and architect. Philipp Maaske, interior designer, Master of arts. Witalik Makus, art director, is responsible for web design, graphic design, UX design and UI design for companies in the real estate industry. And their loyal sidekick, Elliot von Schmahlfeldt-Schäfer.

Their work concept combines aesthetic and functional needs. Developing comprehensive rooms concepts tailored specifically to each customer. Their designs are presented in 3D processes, mood boards, floor plans and visualizations in order to enable the creation of a later implementation planning.
